Free shipping

We offer free shipping included on all our sales, worldwide. The packages are shipped via China Post Air Shipping. Shipping time will be from 10-20 days depending on which country it is shipped to and the customs processing.

Track & Trace

You will receive tracking information from us once your order has been dispatched from China.

NOTE: Please check your SPAM filter before contacting us if you have not yet received any shipment notifications by email within two working days after purchase.

Delivery terms

When you receive your new product from Healthy Leaf, please check to ensure there is no damage. If you discover any damage after unpacking that may have been caused by transportation, we request you contact us immediately and if possible, provide a photo of the damage to Healthy Leaf at

VAT and Taxes

We do not offer our products including VAT or local Taxes. The carrier may apply local handling fees when clearing consignments through customs. There may be handling fees from the carrier during the import process. Healthy Leaf can not be held responsible for these charges.

Lost or broken items

While we do everything we can to ensure that your parcel arrives to you in a timely manner and without breakage we cannot control every aspect of its long international journey. We hope that our customers will be patient and understanding with any kinds of complications that might occur. We will always work hard to satisfy your needs and concerns!

In the event that the Customs Agency of your country disallows entry of the parcel we cannot be responsible. We will refund you the amount you paid minus our actual shipping cost (both ways). Should you need documentation or invoices sent with the parcel please let us know at or before the time of purchasing.

Returns and refunds

Returns may be made for items but only if they are un-opened. Customer will pay actual return shipping to China, the refund is processed after they are received in our warehouse. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of goods to return them to us. There are no 100% refunds for items sent back to us, we charge a restocking fee of 30% in addition to return postage fees (from your country back to us).

If the parcel is returned to us as "undeliverable" or "wrong address" or denied by your Customs agency (or any other reason) we can attempt to send the parcel again, but you will be charged actual postage fees for the returned shipping as well as the second attempt shipping to you, or we can restock it for a fee of 30% in addition to the return postage fees.
